I had a wonderful experience at the Alphen Hotel and Spa, highlighted by exceptional service and a beautiful location. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs, especially during Ramadan, making my stay even more special. However, another review I came across indicated significant issues with service and facilities, particularly regarding the pool and cleanliness. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable despite these concerns.

However, my previous visit had its downsides; the pool was unusable and the service at times lacked professionalism. Overall, I was thrilled with my stay, and I would definitely return, although I hope to see improvements in certain areas.
