Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful experience at the Alphen Hotel and Spa, highlighted by exceptional service and a beautiful location. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs, especially during Ramadan, making my stay even more special. However, another review I came across indicated significant issues with service and facilities, particularly regarding the pool and cleanliness. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable despite these concerns.
I had an incredible experience at the Alphen Hotel and Spa, with beautiful grounds and outstanding service. The staff truly went above and beyond to accommodate my needs during my stay. The location is lovely, nestled away from the city buzz, but still close enough to explore. However, the dining experience fell short when I encountered some limited options, and I felt the pool could use better maintenance. Overall, an unforgettable stay, but a few areas need improvement.
I had an incredible experience at The Alphen Hotel! The stunning setting and beautiful decor made me feel right at home, and the staff was attentive and eager to ensure I had everything I needed. It was a delight to relax by the pool, though it sometimes felt crowded with restaurant guests. Overall, it's a fantastic place for a getaway with easy access to local attractions.
I recently returned to the Alphen Boutique Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience once again. The rooms are spacious and elegantly designed, making for a comfortable stay. The staff, especially Hayley at reception, went above and beyond to assist us, even helping our friends find housing at the last minute. However, my previous visit had its downsides; the pool was unusable and the service at times lacked professionalism. Overall, I was thrilled with my stay, and I would definitely return, although I hope to see improvements in certain areas.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at The Alphen. On the one hand, the hotel has beautiful gardens and a boutique atmosphere, which made for a lovely environment. The staff was exceptional and truly went the extra mile. However, I was really put off by a new entry policy that required mask-wearing in my car, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. This experience overshadowed the overall enjoyment of my visit.
